About Us

Mission

The Mid-Hudson Heritage Center celebrates the contributions made by all of those who have settled the Mid-Hudson region, from the first Native Americans through the most recent immigrants. The mission of the Center is to promote a better awareness and appreciation of the history and heritage of the region through: 1) the operation of a physical exhibition center; 2) alliances with other historical and cultural organizations; and 3) collaboration with County tourism offices and the travel industry.
