Bradley Torbet is a sea food clerk at Adams Fairacre Farms in Poughkeepsie, where he helped establish the seafood department in 1988. He is originally from Iowa, and arrived in the region thirty years ago to attend the Culinary Institute of America from where he graduated. Mr. Torbet enjoys cooking seafood and archery hunting. He considers Poughkeepsie a great place to live.
